GIFRSAI MCHJ offers digital services under these terms, covering free accounts and paid features. Users explicitly accept this offer and the Refund Policy by checkbox, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and confirm using the sign-in or acceptance button. Acceptance is linked to the account after successful authentication. Payment confirms the selected pack order; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

GIFRS provides the tools shown in the interface to create, edit and publish mini-sites. Users must protect their accounts, provide accurate information and hold the rights to uploaded content. Users retain those rights and give GIFRS limited permission to process content to provide the service. Published sites are accessible by public link. Illegal, harmful and infringing content is prohibited. Paid actions require a legally capable adult or legal representative; a representative provides any required consent for a minor.

Stars are internal GIFRS units for creating projects, not currency, electronic money or an investment. They earn no interest and cannot be transferred between accounts. The price is displayed before confirmation; currently a new project costs 20 Stars. Editing and republishing the same paid project do not incur another charge.

Packs: 100 Stars for 20,000 UZS, 300 for 50,000 UZS and 650 for 100,000 UZS. The current price and order contents are displayed before payment. Click or Atmos processes payments; GIFRS does not receive the full card number or CVV. Stars are credited once after provider confirmation. Purchases are one-time, without a subscription or automatic charges. On migration from the previous model, active subscribers receive 100 Stars and previous automatic renewal is disabled.

GIFRS may grant 20 welcome Stars. On a referred buyer’s first successful purchase, the buyer receives 20 bonus Stars and the affiliate earns 15% of the amount actually paid. Commission is held for at least 14 days to check refunds. Self-referrals, fake accounts and manipulation are prohibited. Unpaid commission on refunded payments is reversed. Accepting these terms is not marketing consent and does not authorize spam on behalf of GIFRS.

GIFRS may send necessary payment, refund, access, security and material service-change messages to perform the agreement. News, new templates, promotions and marketing offers by email require separate voluntary consent. Declining marketing does not affect access or essential service messages. Materially updated terms require separate acceptance; historical acceptance records are not overwritten.

Stars charged for a verified technical failure during project creation are restored automatically or after review. Interruptions are possible; GIFRS takes reasonable measures to restore service. Cash refunds follow the Refund Policy, which forms part of this offer. Contact the provider’s email to resolve issues. Uzbekistan law applies; mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these documents.
