Data is processed for sign-in, contract performance, creating and publishing sites, payments, support, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Data needed for a requested service is processed to perform the agreement or under another applicable lawful basis. Optional marketing relies on separate consent; acknowledging this policy does not subscribe you to advertising.

Account data includes Google identifier, name, email, avatar, language and sign-in information. Technical data includes IP address, browser, device, necessary session cookies and security events. Content includes text, images, prompts and created sites; Together Booth photos and camera/microphone use authorized by the user. Publishing exposes selected content by public link; do not publish others’ personal data without required permission.

Payment records include amount, currency, status and transaction identifiers. Stars purchases are one-time and do not authorize recurring charges. Full card details and CVV are processed by the payment provider, not GIFRS. To evidence your choice we retain account and email, document and checkbox text snapshots and versions, their hash, language, server time, IP, browser, action source and marketing opt-in/withdrawal history. This records an action; it is not a digital signature.

Payment, refund, security and necessary service-change messages are separate from advertising. GIFRS news, templates, promotions and offers are sent to the account email only with separate optional consent. The checkbox starts unchecked. Google sign-in, purchases and acceptance of the offer do not themselves grant marketing consent. Existing accounts are not subscribed automatically.

Enable or disable marketing at gifrs.uz/email-preferences or contact the provider’s email. Withdrawal applies to future marketing sends and does not stop necessary service messages. Choice history is retained as evidence; declining does not restrict service access. A change in marketing purposes requires new consent.

The relevant features use Google (sign-in), Click/Atmos (payments), Resend (email delivery), hosting/storage providers and, for user-requested functions, the relevant AI services. Only data necessary for the task is shared. Email address and message content are provided to the email delivery provider. Provider infrastructure may be outside Uzbekistan; transfers and hosting must meet applicable personal-data requirements. This policy is not blanket consent to any data transfer.

Data is retained while the account is active and afterwards only to the extent and for the time needed for legal obligations, payment accounting, evidence of choices and disputes. Marketing withdrawal does not erase evidence of the withdrawal and past actions. Access to those records is restricted. Backups support recovery; deleted data may remain until scheduled backup rotation. Encrypted transport, access controls and logging are used; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Contact the controller’s email to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of optional consent. Identity verification may be required and mandatory retention periods apply. Camera/microphone access requires device permission; Together Booth participants obtain required permissions from each other. A legal representative provides required consent for a minor. The revision date is shown on this page; material changes are communicated in the interface and require renewed confirmation where applicable.
